Amsterdam Houthaven is an idyllic location with a rich history. In earlier years, visitors to the Houthaven saw floating timber as far as the eye could see. Today, Amsterdam's oldest dock is being transformed into a modern residential district.

The building — a timeless example of the Amsterdam School architectural style — was designed by VAN AKEN.
