Richard van Wel
From a young age, Richard was fascinated by real estate. After working as an estate agent and as a consultant for commercial property, he ultimately found his passion in transforming areas into neighbourhoods where people enjoy living, working and connecting with one another. In his work, he pays particular attention to older residents and their living conditions.

Chris van Holthe
Before joining Primestone Development, Chris was project director at MAB, where he gained thorough knowledge of the development sector. He knows how to take a helicopter view and approach a project from every angle, so that all parties move in the same direction. Cost calculation is part of his daily work.

Wouter Zuidam
Wouter and Primestone share a partnership of more than 15 years, built on mutual understanding and synergy. As a trained builder, Wouter knows the ins and outs of the trade when it comes to technical requirements, operational processes and logistics. He also genuinely enjoys engaging with municipalities and investors, even when obstacles arise.

Bram Snijders
Bram brings many years of financial-sector experience to Primestone Development, combining financial insight with entrepreneurship. As co-founder and director, he has led complex transactions and financing structures with a focus on value creation, risk management and sustainable growth. He is known for his pragmatic approach, transparent partnerships and his ability to find future-proof solutions for challenging projects.

Hans Verheij
Hans has worked in construction and property development for decades as a senior developer, in various employed roles and as an independent entrepreneur. Having started out in the civil engineering sector, he soon moved into project development. Before joining Primestone Development he spent seven years with an institutional investor. He brings this extensive experience to the development and construction of the housing the Netherlands so badly needs.

Jeroen Gulickx
Jeroen brings more than two decades of international experience across hospitality, real estate, investment and development strategy. As Founder and CEO of Mocinno International, he works with owners, developers, investors and hospitality brands to unlock the full potential of hospitality assets. Working alongside Primestone, he brings the hospitality and investment perspective into the development process at an early stage, focusing on hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, branded residences and lifestyle destinations.

Sarah brings years of international experience across brand strategy, hospitality, marketing and experience design. At Mocinno she works at the intersection of real estate, hospitality and design, turning opportunities into future-proof concepts with a clear commercial proposition, from brand positioning through to strategic partnerships and value-added services. Working alongside Primestone, Sarah brings her hospitality expertise to translate real estate opportunities into timeless properties, with a focus on hotels, mixed-use developments and emerging hospitality models.
