Small team, big ambitions
Richard van Wel
From a young age, Richard was fascinated by real estate. After working as an estate agent and as a consultant for commercial property, he ultimately found his passion in transforming areas into neighbourhoods where people enjoy living, working and connecting with one another. In his work, he pays particular attention to older residents and their living conditions.

Chris van Holthe
Before joining Primestone Development, Chris was project director at MAB, where he gained thorough knowledge of the development sector. He knows how to take a helicopter view and approach a project from every angle, so that all parties move in the same direction. Cost calculation is part of his daily work.

Wouter Zuidam
Wouter and Primestone share a partnership of more than 15 years, built on mutual understanding and synergy. As a trained builder, Wouter knows the ins and outs of the trade when it comes to technical requirements, operational processes and logistics. He also genuinely enjoys engaging with municipalities and investors, even when obstacles arise.

Bram Snijders
Bram brings many years of financial-sector experience to Primestone Development, combining financial insight with entrepreneurship. As co-founder and director, he has led complex transactions and financing structures with a focus on value creation, risk management and sustainable growth. He is known for his pragmatic approach, transparent partnerships and his ability to find future-proof solutions for challenging projects.
