Our focus

The Polish residential market

Our Investment Management division focuses explicitly on the Polish residential market. Poland is one of the most stable and fastest-growing economies in Europe, with robust GDP growth, a strong labour market and an expanding middle class that drives demand for high-quality housing.

Where many Western European real estate markets struggle with saturation and high entry prices, Poland still offers ample room. Demand for modern, well-located homes far exceeds supply in many cities. Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk show consistent population growth and attract domestic and international companies, structurally supporting housing demand.

Poland also benefits from substantial European infrastructure investment, a young and highly educated workforce and a stable political and legal climate for foreign investors. Primestone has built a strong local network in Poland, with direct lines to development sites, municipalities and construction partners. We do not know the market only from reports. We are actively operating in it.
