A communal rooftop terrace with an exceptional view across Utrecht's historic inner city has been created for all residents.
OZ designed a striking residential tower for the city centre, one that will serve as a landmark for this vibrant location. West Flank Noord 3A has been sold to the Amvest Residential Core Fund.
