Houthavenkade Zaandam
On 26 February 2020 the municipality of Zaanstad signed the agreement for the Houthavenkade.
The Houthavenkade project in Zaandam will make way for a sustainable residential district with 710 homes. The mix comprises 30% social rental, 20% mid-segment rental and 50% private rental apartments.
The heart of the project is the central 'watersquare', flanked by hospitality venues as a meeting point for residents and visitors.
