Cruquiusweg Amsterdam
Cruquiusweg 140/142 is a joint development with VORM, in close cooperation with the municipality of Amsterdam. The project sits on the water along the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal on the growing Cruquius island in east Amsterdam.
The design — by Dam & Partners Architects — reflects the atmosphere of the harbours, docks and warehouses, but does so in a modern and timeless way.
The project consists of three brick buildings, all connected via an underground parking garage. CBRE Global Investors has acquired the entire development.
