Primestone Development welcomes Hans Verheij as senior development manager

Primestone Development is expanding its team with Hans Verheij, who joins as senior development manager. His arrival strengthens Primestone Development's ambition to contribute on a large scale to the housing the Netherlands so badly needs.

Hans has been active in construction and property development for decades. He began his career in the civil engineering sector and moved into project development early on, a field in which he has specialised ever since. Before joining Primestone Development, Hans spent seven years at Bouwinvest, one of the major institutional investors in Dutch real estate.

Focus on healthcare property

At Primestone Development, Hans will focus in particular on healthcare property. His years at Bouwinvest gave him extensive experience in this field, from identifying promising locations to successfully delivering complex healthcare projects. That specialist knowledge is of great value now that demand for suitable healthcare housing in the Netherlands keeps rising.

Hans is known for his pragmatic approach and his ability to guide complex development processes from initiative through to completion. His experience on both the investor and the developer side of real estate projects gives him a broad perspective, which he uses to make projects successful financially as well as socially.
